Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or supplier delays, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We’ll notify you by email if there are any significant delays.

Eco-Friendly Packaging
We do our best to use recycled and minimal packaging whenever possible. Your order may arrive in multiple packages to reduce our carbon footprint through optimized fulfillment.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe or marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact us at support@littlerooted.com. We’ll work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue.
