Return Eligibility

• You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, certain items like pacifiers, teethers, and feeding products are final sale.

How to Start a Return

Please email support@littlerooted.com with:

• Order number
• Item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for return

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Received the wrong item or something arrived damaged? Please email support@littlerooted.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number — we’ll make it right.
